At Kollekt, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience. Please review our shipping policy below for detailed information on local and international deliveries.


1. Delivery Timelines

  • Within Lahore: Orders are usually delivered within 30-35 working days.
  • Outside Lahore: Deliveries outside Lahore take approximately 40-45 working days.
  • Custom Projects: Custom residential or commercial projects may take 1.5-2.5 months, depending on the scale and number of items ordered.
  • International Deliveries: Delivery timelines for international orders are arranged directly with clients based on the number of products, volumetric weight, and destination.


2. International Shipping


We are pleased to offer worldwide international shipping. Please note:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • By law, we must disclose the full value of package contents and cannot alter invoice values for customs purposes.
  • We recommend consulting your local customs office for further details on these fees.


3. Shipping and Delivery Process

  • In-House Shipping: Kollekt provides in-house shipping and doorstep delivery for all orders. For orders outside Lahore, delivery includes complete setup upon request, with costs covered in the delivery charges.
  • Delivery Address: Clients must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Errors may cause delays or complications.
  • Within Lahore: Deliveries within Lahore are to the doorstep only. If you need assistance with setting up furniture, let us know in advance. Labor can be arranged at an additional cost.
  • Furniture Fit: Ensure that furniture will fit through doors, staircases, or elevators. For building deliveries, functional cargo lifts are necessary. If additional labor is required, the client must arrange it.


4. Weather-Related Delays


Severe weather conditions, such as monsoon rains or fog, may delay deliveries. Clients will be notified in advance to manage expectations.


5. Post-Delivery Responsibility

  • All items are thoroughly inspected and unpacked by our team to ensure safe delivery.
  • Once the delivery is completed and the team leaves, Kollekt is not responsible for any damages.
  • Any issues must be reported immediately upon delivery. Claims for damages cannot be accepted after the delivery team has departed.
