Horrible experience with Kollect. I ordered their cloud sofa and como table. The como table they delivered was not even properly fixed. The cloud sofa was another nightmare; the sofa frame was not aligned which was a very basic error, the cushions on the sofa were not made In accordance with the dimensions of the sofa again a major blunder, lastly they fixed the ottoman on the wrong side of the sofa even though we specified in our order the exact side where it had to be placed. We sent our sofa back to be fixed and the worst part of the entire experience was that their customer care service is horrendous. The people who are supposed to tell you the status of order continuously lie and actually appear totally clueless about the status of manufacturing and delivery timeline. I am honestly extremely disappointed and would never recommend anyone to order from Kollect. Horrible service and extremely unprofessional individuals. The worst thing is they literally chase you with constant messages and calls to clear payment prior to delivery and once they do that, they disappear.

Initially, I had faced a few issues and dely in delivery with my furniture order, which led me to leave a negative review. However, what truly matters is how a company responds after a problem is highlighted and in this case, I am genuinely impressed.

Kollekt management took my concerns very seriously. The after-sales service was exceptional, and every single issue I pointed out was addressed with patience and professionalism. What stood out the most was the level of commitment shown by the management. The Director herself personally visited my home, supervised the entire process, and ensured that all problems were resolved properly and to my satisfaction.

This personal involvement, attention to detail, and willingness to take responsibility completely changed my perception of the brand. It is rare to see such dedication and customer care, especially after a sale has already been completed.

I truly appreciate the effort, transparency, and respect shown towards me as a customer. The quality of service provided afterward reflects the company’s values and professionalism. I am now fully satisfied with the product and, more importantly, with the way the situation was handled.

I would definitely recommend Kollekt to others, as they clearly stand by their customers and are committed to resolving issues rather than ignoring them.
