Extremely Unprofessional Service and Poor Quality Products
I am highly disappointed with the service and quality of products delivered. Despite being promised delivery within 4 to 6 weeks (in the same city), it has now been over 3 months, and several items are still pending.
What’s more disappointing is that the items delivered so far are not as shown in the showroom. The quality is subpar, and some items were even delivered stained or in poor condition. This is unacceptable, especially considering the high prices charged.
It feels like we were misled at the time of purchase with false promises regarding timelines and product quality. The overall experience has been extremely unprofessional from delays and lack of updates to incorrect or inferior items being delivered.
I strongly urge others to be cautious and do thorough research before placing orders here.
